Ingredients/ items :-
wheat flour / maida :- 1/ 2 cup
corn meal :- 1 /1.50 cup
Sugar :- 1 cup
soy oil :- 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Yeast,
tomato paste to taste
Oregano,
Bread flour :- ½ cup
Hot water - 2 cup
1/2 teaspoons ...

Equipment
Electric mixer fitted with a dough hook
Bench scraper
Rolling pin
Parchment paper
Pizza stone
Cutting board and knife
Large shallow skillet (if using Italian sausage)
Blend the flours, hot water, salt and yeast by hand, just until incorporated all ingredients . Let the dough rest, covered, for about 40 minutes. Add the olive oil, honey and Poolish and mix by hand until incorporated, kneading for about 5 minutes. Let the dough rest one more time , covered, for one more 30 minutes.

On a lightly floured work surface, knead the dough for 5 minutes:

Cover and Free for 10 minutes. Knead the dough for another 5 minutes, then cover and rest for another 20 minutes. cut the dough into 4 or 5 slices, lightly pre-shape into round pieces and cover and free for 20 more minutes.

Spread with pizza sauce. Top with desired toppings and sprinkle with cheese
Bake on the lowest oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is browned.
