What Is UX(User Experience)?
Many people mistakenly think that “UX” means a user’s experience, but it is actually about “doing” the process of User Experience Design. UX Design (also sometimes called UXD) involves a process very similar to doing science: UXD does research to understand the users, develop ideas to solve the users’ needs — and the needs of the business — and build and measure those solutions in the real world to see if they work.

Be Contextual - It’s often easy to think of a user journey like a storybook. If you open most books to any given page and select a word, you’ll be met with an abundance of context on the page. Ensure that users are contextually aware of where they are within their journey.
Be Relevant - If the user searches about the 5g phones in India then he/she should get the relevant information such as phone models rather than the phone back covers and other such irrelevant information.
Focus on user needs and make them the focal point of your design process. From a practical viewpoint, designers should understand that each user’s point of view is unique, so we must be empathetic and step outside our box to understand others’ points of view as much as possible.
Layers Of UX Design
The biggest obstacle to great design is that most companies have typical Web developers create a user interface and assume that it will be fine. Just because the user interface is the easiest part of any application to build—it generally takes only 10–20% of the effort that coding the back-end system requires—many leaders believe that it’s easy to design a user interface well. Design - Design is a very important part of UX Design. It would be the first impression of the business on the user. You should think from a user mindset. Ask yourself -:

Do users think it looks good? Do they trust it immediately?
Does it communicate the purpose and function without words?
Does it represent the brand? Does it all feel like the same site?
Does the design lead the user’s eyes to the right places? How do you know?
Analysis - Analysis should be done in every aspect of the project. With the help of it, we can clarify the future scenarios. Analysis should also be very useful for the rectification of past mistakes. It literally pays to be good at it. Ask yourself -:

Are you using data to prove that you are right, or to learn the truth?

Are you looking for subjective opinions or objective facts?

Have you collected information that can give you those types of answers?

Do you know why users do that, or are you interpreting their behavior?

Usability - If user psychology is mostly subconscious, usability is mostly conscious. You know when something is confusing. There are cases where it is more fun if something is hard as a game but for everything else, we want it to be so easy that even a Miss Teen USA contestant could use it. Ask yourself -:
Could you get the job done with less input from the user?
Are there any user mistakes you could prevent?
Are you being clear and direct, or is this a little too clever?
Are you working with the user’s assumptions, or against them?

UX relates to everything your leads, visitors, or customers experience as they navigate and interact with your site on each page or page element. It relates to how easily they can find what they’re searching for on your site—without being slowed down by unnecessary friction, which can make them bounce, never to return. Video on Landing Pages

Any time you navigate a landing page, there’s usually a lot of text to absorb. That's because landing pages are really sales pages that want to persuade you to click on the call-to-action button right on the page or click through to the main page for the actual purchase. Some landing pages can be exceptionally long if they have a very detailed value proposition to communicate to visitors.

Situations like these are tailor-made for video. Studies show that using videos on landing pages can increase conversion rates by a sizable amount. Any time conversions shoot up, it’s because a page’s UX is improved.

Call to Action Button Placement
Where you place your calls to action greatly influences your customers’ UX. If the CTAs are hard to see, read, or click, then that has a negative impact on UX and conversions. The goal of many pages is to sell something—whether products, subscriptions, or signups. CTAs are integral to conversions and so is their placement.

The UX phrase the fold pertains to that imaginary line on websites that divides everything users can see on the page without scrolling down from that which they can see only when they scroll down. Naturally, bigger screen sizes—desktop versus tablet and mobile—will have more space for content to be above the fold.

Speed of the Website
A classic study conducted in 2009 by content delivery network providers Akamai and Forrester revealed that 40% of consumers refuse to wait longer than three seconds for a page to render before they abandon the site. If your site takes three-and-a-half or four seconds to load, then poof. Your leads vanish along with your conversions.

A much newer study done in 2016 by DoubleClick by Google confirmed these earlier findings. When it comes to mobile, if pages take longer than three seconds to load, then 53% of mobile site visits are abandoned.

Website Readability: Make it Bigger

When your leads and visitors can’t make heads or tails of the content on your site, that means they’re not going to understand what they’re supposed to do. And that means lousy UX. UX researchers at Carnegie Mellon University and Spain’s Universitat Pompeu Fabra discovered that 18-point font sizes are the best for UX readability as well as comprehension in the body text of pages.
