Winter comes with plenty of planning and tips to better your routine for your hair care. Winter season is ideal for getting comfortable with a cup of hot cocoa, but tough when it comes about handling the dry weather. The hairs find it hard to retain moisture making it brittle and at risk of breaking and damage.
These winter hair problems are often avoided with ease as long as you have got the proper hair care routine for the winter.
Control Frizz
Winter, you have got to wear hoodies, sweater, scarves, gloves and beanies. All this seem to group on your hair and makes it static, frizzy mess. And to tackle this situation, use vented brush that contains a combination of plastic and boar bristles while combing your hair. Use lukewarm water to clean your hair, because the latter will strip away the natural oil which protects and nourishes hairs. After washing, apply a leave-in conditioner to make your hair smooth.
Shine and Bounce
In winter, the hair lacks moisture and dries out your scalp and makes it frizzier because of which the hair looks dull and lifeless. Comb out your hair with a wide-toothed ...
... wooden comb to get rid of tangles and apply raw honey to the length of your hair from the roots to tips. After washing cover your hair with cap or towel for about half-hour. Honey could be a humectant that seals within the moisture and helps restore shine and bounce to dull and damaged hair.
Fight the Flakes
The scalp gets dry and itches during winter because of lack of moisture within the air. This causes issues like dandruff and aggravated scalp irritation in the hair. What everyone has to take into consideration is to manage to take the proper care of their hair. Use a few tablespoons of olive or coconut oil and a few teaspoon of lemon juice can help. Heats the oil for few of seconds until it gets warm then mix it with juice. Massage into the scalp and leave it for half-hour. Rinse it with proper shampoo and condition.
Use Olive oil for Maintaining Hair Health
Warm-up two teaspoons of oil and massage it on your scalp. This slow massaging helps the oil penetrate deep into the roots and can also help to stay your scalp moisturized and improve blood circulation, ensuring that the follicles get enough nourishment. It’ll also prevent hair fall. Optionally, you'll be able to use some tablespoons of oil to coat the complete length of your hair as a deep conditioning treatment.
Dry your hair
It’s important to dry your hair after having a hair wash. Damn hair and scalp attract lots of problems like dandruff, breakage, and split ends. Never rub your hair dry with a towel because the friction causes damages. You can dry your hair by gently squeezing the surplus moisture out with a towel and so use a hair dryer on the cool setting. Prefer using a blow drier with cool air, if the air is hot; make sure that you're holding the dryer for a minimum of 15 centimeters far from your hair.
Last Step Conditioning
Your hair needs all the moisture it can get during winter, and this makes conditioning an important point of your hair care routine. Using hair oils and deep conditioning packs minimum once every week becomes vital for maintaining the health of your hair. It’s important that you just end every wash with a conditioner. Shampoo your hair then rinse it thoroughly. Once all the lather has been rinsed out, start applying the conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair.
The hair ends are the oldest and most damaged parts of your hair. Leave the conditioner for few some minutes and so rinse it out with cool or lukewarm water. It’s advised to finish a wash with cool water as this can lock in the moisture and leave your hair feeling smooth and looking out lustrous.

Make the above tips a part of your hair care routine and your hair won’t even notice that winter is here. A little bit extra care can go a long way when it comes to ensuring hair health. For any Hair treatment feel free to Contact Miracle Beauty Salon.
