You can transfer (port) your existing toll-free or local phone numbers to XENNECT.
• Complete your purchase of XENNECT Unlimited.
• During the setup process, your dedicated account manager will set you up with a temporary number.
• We will then begin the number porting process.
• Once the phone system is configured to your specifications, we recommend that you begin forwarding your existing number to the temporary number on your XENNECT account. This will ensure no downtime after your existing numbers are ported to XENNECT.
The porting process takes approximately 2-4 weeks and is dependent on how quickly your current provider releases the phone numbers. The porting process can be expedited for an additional fee.

Once you complete your purchase, we will set up a kick-off meeting with your dedicated account manager. During the meeting, we will take the time to learn about your business to find out how you're currently using your phone system and make recommendations accordingly. Once we've put together a game-plan, our engineers will begin configuring your phone system to your exact specifications.
Upon completion of the kick-off meeting, we can normally get you up and running on the XENNECT system in 1-3 days. Complex configurations and a high number of users and devices may affect the turnaround time.
Phones typically take 5-7 business days to arrive from the time of order.
