Organize localities and enterprises to further improve the list of 300 million cubic meters of non-resident users that can interrupt peak shaving, and start orderly when necessary, to ensure key gas needs such as people's livelihood.

According to relevant sources from China National Petroleum Corporation, they have deployed early to ensure the supply of energy and fuel for the national heating season. In terms of independent production, CNPC Changqing Oilfield has strengthened the fine management of gas wells. On the one hand, it fully borrows modern intelligent technology to establish a complete dynamic monitoring system to grasp the operation status of gas wells in real time; Differentiated "health measures" to maximize single well production. Since 2020, the opening rate of gas wells has been maintained at around 97%, and the decline rate has been controlled at 20% to ensure the effective production of gas wells in winter.

Since September, the company has repeatedly connected with various gas sources to ensure the supply of natural gas in winter. In Heilongjiang, Huadian Energy, with a total heating load of 115 million square meters, is the largest local heating company. In order to ensure that residents live a "warm winter", Huadian Energy has also carried out heating system treatment ahead of time, accumulating a total of 17.85 kilometers of first- and second-level old pipe networks, replacing 121 lax shut-off valves, and greatly improving heating security capabilities. At present, the Jia Thermal Power Plant under the jurisdiction of Huadian Energy has opened the plug for heating 9 days in advance. According to information released by China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., in October, China National Railways completed coal loading of 2.24 million vehicles and sent 157 million tons of coal; the average daily coal loading was 72,400 vehicles, an increase of 1,181 vehicles or 1.7% from the previous month; Distributed 5.005 million tons of coal, an increase of 69,000 tons or 1.4% month-on-month. Coal storage in major power plants and ports across the country has remained stable at a relatively high level, which has effectively guaranteed the supply of coal in the winter coal market. Among them, 700,000 tons of coal was unloaded daily in Northeast China, an average increase of 60,000 tons, or 9.4%, from the previous month. At present, there are 60.2 million tons of coal stored in 350 direct railway power plants across the country, an increase of 5.7 million tons from the end of September.
