MLM Software Binary Plan could be a unique business strategy utilized by tons of Networking marketing companies. Because the name suggests, Binary MLM relies on round the number 2. The distributor plan in a binary MLM looks the same as a binary tree. A distributor would introduce 2 new members (Front line distributors). These 2 new distributors would then, hire 2 distributors each then on.

A typical Binary MLM distributor plan looks something like this:
Distributor A for the MLM company using the binary plan would hire 2 distributors B and C who are his battlefront Distributors. Now the distributors B and C would then hire D, E, F, and G who would be the down line distributors of A. This process would continue and also the new distributors would join. Theoretically, it can go up to infinity as more and more distributors join. this is often a 2-by-infinity matrix plan.

The two people they sponsor might not always find themselves on an equivalent level. Someone above you will have had to put someone they need to be sponsored therein position, since their front two positions were filled or because they keep ...
... sponsoring others as they build their sales organization.

In a binary MLM plan, each distributor would have only 2 front line distributors. Suppose, A hires 3 distributors B, C, and D. He makes B and C as his front-line distributors. Now, D who is hired by A can't be his front-line distributor because the front two positions were filled. He can prefer to place him below B or C. As a distributor keep hiring (or sponsoring) new distributors, they'll not find yourself within the same level (as battlefront distributors). this is often called Spillover

It might also happen that, both your sponsors won't end being your battlefront distributors because some distributors above you'll have to put the new distributor that hired therein position as he keeps hiring new distributors to create the sales network.
Structure of Binary MLM

The binary tree consists of two sub-trees, one is mentioned as PowerLeg, and while the second subtree is named the Profile.

Power leg

As the new distributor's check-in, they're going to be automatically placed within the distributor’s power leg. The power leg structure will have an automatic placement of the latest distributors. Because the number of battlefront distributors is restricted to 2, any new sponsors would be placed within the distributor’s down line power leg (Spillover).

The profit leg doesn't support spillover. All the distributors within the profit leg are personally hired (or sponsored) by their immediate distributor because the new distributor's check-in, they're going to be automatically placed within the distributor’s power leg.
