It is a user-friendly tool which offers interactive drag and drops features and self-service capabilities. Power BI is a cloud-based technology which provides three types of platforms.

Power BI servers several different services like cloud-based BI services, Power BI Desktops and Power BI Embedded, which runs on Azure cloud platform. It deals with real-time analysis, where it keeps the data updated every time. Power BI has user-friendly custom visualizations and Quick insight options.
