Crystal TCS Pvt. Ltd. has adopted a theory-based approach to establishing ejector performance estimates and has developed designs based on the basic principles of thermodynamics and fluid flow dynamics.
Flare Gas Recovery (FGR) is the process of recovering waste gas that would normally ignite and so it could be used as fuel gas elsewhere. This reduces emissions and saves costs. Flare Gas Recovery Systems are designed to meet the specific needs of each customer. Systems are shaped based on the expected flare gas composition and flow rate.
We manufacture Flare Gas Recovery Systems in a wide range of materials made from carbon steel, stainless steels and asteroids depending on the application. Our theory-based approach enables us the flexibility to simulate every design case with the help of our algorithms and come up with precise and optimal solutions.
What is Flare Gas?
In petroleum refineries, natural gas processing projects and in oil and gas production sites, natural gas mixtures are produced from the following sources:
Extraction of natural gas, including oil from oil wells,
Storage tanks ...
... produce gases above the liquid level
Flashing of high pressure crude from low pressure.
This gas contains a mixture of different hydrocarbons and is also known as the corresponding petroleum gas. Gas is flammable by nature and its composition can change from plant to plant and from time to time with the working life of the plant / oil.
The need for flammable gas recovery
1) Flare gas containing a mixture of petroleum gases can be used as an energy source. An industrial survey found that the amount of gas burned in flair stacks worldwide in 2011 was about 8 2.8 billion.
2) The use of flare gases helps the plant reduce its energy costs and create a fuel source in the home.
3) Improper combustion and incomplete combustion produce toxic and harmful air pollutants. The gases produced are known to have harmful and deadly effects on human life and the surrounding environment.
4) Flaming gas is also an important source of carbon dioxide emissions.
5) So the use of flare gas can help an industry reduce energy costs, reduce carbon footprint, and hold the environment accountable.
What is gas flare and why are flashy gas recovery systems useful?
Gas flare is created by the combustion of related gases from industrial processes, including oil and gas recovery and petrochemical production. This is one of the most important contributors to the growth of greenhouse gas emissions. The Flare Gas Recovery System is one of the cleanest solutions to reduce or minimize gas flares.
Ejectors play a central role in flare gas recovery systems by compressing low pressure gas mixtures at working pressure. Ejectors use the available high pressure gas as an energy source to bring this compression. The flammable gas mixture created since the start of oil and gas production and the establishment of petroleum refineries has not been given much importance. This gas was referred to as waste gas and was collected in large diameter headers. The gas was then turned off and the combustion products were released into the atmosphere. Flare Gas Recovery (FGR) is the process of recovering waste gas that would normally ignite and so it could be used as fuel gas elsewhere.
