Industrial waste water Evaporation Plant is a major contributor to the pollution of the water environment. There are many types of industrial wastewater based on different industries and contaminants; each region produces its own specific combination of pollutants. The petrochemical industry is rich in phenols and mineral oils. Also the wastewater of food processing plants is high in suspended solids and organic matter and industrial wastewater.
Organic industrial wastewater
1) Organic industrial effluents include organic industrial waste flows from those chemical industries and large-scale chemical operations, which use organic matter primarily for chemical reactions.
Inorganic industrial ...
... waste water
1) Inorganic industrial wastewater is mainly produced in the coal and steel industries, in the nonmetallic mineral industry, and in commercial industries and industries for processing metal surfaces (iron lifting works and electroplating plants). This wastewater contains a large amount of suspended matter.
2) Wastewater containing mineral and inorganic substances in dissolved and insoluble form due to the purification of warm and dusty waste gases and aluminum from blast furnaces, conversion, cupola furnaces, refuse and sludge burning plants.
Most organic industrial wastewater is produced by the following industries and plants:
1) Textile factory:
Contaminant properties of textile waste include various organic substances such as pigments, starch and detergents in polluted chemical and biological changes, which absorb dissolved oxygen from the received stream and destroy aquatic life.
2) Tannery and tanneries:
Tannery is one of the most waterproof plants and has several stages in its production process. The quality of the water depends only to a small degree on the type of concealed and the mechanical and chemical methods used in tanning.
3) Oil refining industry:
Petroleum effluents from refineries contain high levels of pollutants and are characterized by the presence of large refineries that produce oil and chemicals that are difficult to decompose. Regulatory authorities deny permission to discharge these petroleum effluents to maintain the chemical, physical and biological integrity of freshwater resources.
4) Metal processing industry:
Metal-working industries release chromium, nickel, zinc, cadmium, lead, and iron and titanium compounds. The electroplating industry is an important pollutant distributor.
5) Alcohol and fermentation industry:
A portion of the wastewater produced by the beverage industry comes from various processes, including washing and rinsing water to clean the barley. All machines and filters and especially bottles and barrels. This type of wastewater has a high concentration of suspended solids and detergents.
6) Oil refining industry:
Petroleum effluents from refineries contain high levels of pollutants and are characterized by the presence of large refineries that produce oil and chemicals that are difficult to decompose. Regulatory authorities deny permission to discharge these petroleum effluents to maintain the chemical, physical and biological integrity of freshwater resources.
