•Once you are successfully logged in, go to the Settings. You can find the ‘Settings’ button on the left side.
•After this, click on ‘Setup a new device’ option. You can find this option under the ‘Device Panel’ in the settings option.
•Tap to Continue and you will see a prompt asking you to sign in again to proceed with the setup process. Hit the Continue button.
•Login by entering your Amazon username and password. Once you have entered the details, you need to hit the ‘Blue Login’ button.
•Tap to Continue.
•Click on the button with a ‘.’ on the Echo device until you see the orange light flashing. When the Orange light starts to flash, Alexa will say ‘You are in Setup Mode’. Follow the on-screen guidelines to proceed with the process.
•Hit the Continue button.
•Connect your Alexa device to the Wifi network. If you have Windows 10 PC, you can access the WiFi network with a tap on the ‘Network’ icon present in the bottom-right corner of your screen. After this, choose the WiFi network with format ‘Amazon-XXX’, where XS is the amalgamation of letters and numbers. If you are unable to see it, wait until the pop-up appears on your screen.
• Hit the Continue button to complete the Setup on your PC and Alexa will say ‘you are connected. Get back to the application and hit the Continue button.
• Choose the WiFi network you would like to connect.
• Wait and let the Alexa come online and the device will show you a message saying that’ preparing the Amazon device. Once the setup process is completed, Alexa will say that ‘the device is ready’ and the orange ring light will disappear.
