The release date of Black Widow is delayed once again. For many fans, it is disheartening news. Audiences were eagerly waiting to watch Scarlett Johnsson playing the character of Natasha Romanoff in her solo film. And the team announced that Black Widow is under development at San Diego Comic-Con. The movie’s plot is set in between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. In this movie, Black Widow will confront her past, and she seeks to find out the Red Room that has trained her years ago.

Black Widow is the upcoming superhero movie based on Marvel Comics. The movie is distributed by Walt Disney and produced by Marvel Studios. It will be the 24th film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (aka MCU). Black Widow is written by Eric Pearson and directed by Cate Shortland. It stars Scarlett Johansson playing the protagonist Natasha Romanoff or the Black Widow, along with David Harbour, O-T Fagbenle, Florence Pugh, William Hurt, Rachel Weisz, and Ray Winstone.

There are chances that soon there will be news that Disney could send Black Widow to the Disney+. The studio has done the same with Mulan. Although the Black Widow is one of the most anticipated and prominent movies best suited for theatres. Disney can opt for the option considering the number of cases. The theatres across the world are re-opening, but that does not mean that it would encourage people to come out in large numbers. And delaying it might help Disney to collect more revenues.
