Around 100 prospective buyers flocked to the launch of Midas Homes' eagerly anticipated Ogwell Brook development on Saturday (24th April), at its site in East Ogwell, near Newton Abbot.

The sales office opened at 11am and visitors appeared on site from a little after 10am, all keen to find out more about the development, view the plans and find out the released prices.

One apartment has already been reserved and more reservations are expected this week following the launch.

In a very popular location near Newton Abbot, Ogwell Brook is nestled within a beautiful wooded valley; complete with running stream - hence its namesake. The scheme includes 193 one, two, three and four bedroom homes which will be released across three phases. The homes at Ogwell Brook are generally regarded as some of the most sought after new homes in Devon.

Saturday saw the launch of its first phase which included one and two bedroom apartments, two bedroom coach houses and three bedroom townhouses. If you are looking for the hottest new property in Devon ...
... then Ogwell Brook is the place to be!

The first five buyers to complete on their new home at Ogwell Brook will receive two bikes - each worth up to £300 - from Kingsteignton based Hot Pursuits Cycles. Every household after this will also receive a £50 voucher for the local cycle store.

Andy Addison, sales and marketing director of Midas Homes, commented: Saturday's launch was a great success with crowds of people on the site throughout the day. We saw a high amount of interest, particularly in the coach houses and three bedroom homes.

Due to Ogwell Brook's great location the development is appealing to a wide range of people, and it is ideally placed for those who need to commute to the nearby towns and cities but still want a countryside feel to their home.
