Healthy Garlic Pasta is one recipe that you can have absolutely anytime for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even as a slightly filling snack. Post melting, add in minced garlic before sautéing for some minutes until the entire thing is translucent. Put in pepper and salt as per your taste. Put the pan away from the flame likewise. Drain pasta and come back to your wok. Put in the garlic Nutralite mix and then enable the pasta to sit for approximately 3-4 minutes. Garnish your dish with parsley and cheese and it will be absolutely ready to serve!
You can also make a super-healthy Aloo Nazakat dish. This requires 20 minutes to cook and an hour’s time in terms of preparation. This recipe will serve 4 people at the same time. You will need four big potatoes, two tablespoons of Pudina and Coriander Nutralite, three teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste, oil for deep frying purposes, salt for tasting, a cup of whisked yoghurt, ½ a teaspoon of black salt, a teaspoon of red chilli powder, a teaspoon of garam masala powder, ½ cup of grated cottage cheese (paneer), two tablespoons of mustard oil, two tablespoons of chaat masala and two chopped green chilies. You will also need two small crushed fried urad dal papads and three tablespoons of chopped and fresh coriander leaves along with three tablespoons roasted (split) Bengal gram powder.
Scoop out the potatoes from inside, creating a shell. Chop this scooped portion and keep it aside before heating oil aplenty in a Kadhai and deep-frying the shells till they are fully cooked. Drain on the absorbent paper and then heat the Nutralite in the non-stick pan, adding a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste. Add salt and chopped potatoes and cook over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Put yoghurt in a bowl, add black salt, salt, garam masala and chilli powder, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and Bengal gram powder before mixing suitably and add mustard oil for mixing. For stuffing, put the cottage cheese into a bowl with chaat masala, salt, green chilies, fresh coriander, cooked potatoes and fried and crushed papad. Stuff the shells handsomely with the cottage cheese mix and put the stuffed potatoes into the yoghurt marinade before mixing lightly. Leave the marinade for approximately 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and grease the baking tray. Put the stuffed potatoes on the tray and bake them for roughly 15-20 minutes to complete the preparation impeccably.
