Al Maya Group Showcases New Products At Gulfood
There are several food distributors in Gulfood who have showcased their new and innovative products for the entire region. Al Maya Group has also taken part in the silver jubilee edition of the landmark Gulfood event and has showcased various new products and specialty offerings in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) segment. The Group is looking forward to collaborating with specialists in the industry and exploring new tie-ups/partnerships for achieving exponential growth in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Being one of the leading food distributors in Oman, UAE and various other regions within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), Al Maya Group was had a stellar event between the 16th and 20th of February, 2020, at the World Trade Centre in Dubai (DWTC). The Group was founded in 1982 by leading businessman, the Late L K Pagarani. The Group is the representative for several leading global brands as well. The Group has deployed sizable investments in development of infrastructure by setting up combined warehousing and office space facilities, encompassing more than 1 million sq. ft. at the NIC (National Industries Complex) with a view towards centralizing its operations in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) for achieving further growth and development.
Al Maya Group has kept investing in innovation and digitized its entire system of distribution with cutting-edge mSFA or mobile sales force automation for sales teams as well. Senior managers have also been equipped with IBM’s innovative business intelligence tool Cognos. The warehouse is already operational and is expanding with new additions in the retail segment. The Group has 100+ retail stores and 500+ global business partners.
