Daigo Genji, an independent multi asset advisory firm that offers state of the art trading technology coupled with 24-hour execution and clearing on major commodities exchanges, is pleased to announce that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with a top commodity firm to support the growth of the company’s successful midstream services business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The name of the firm will be announced at a later date.

The commodity firm is a leading water supply and pipeline transportation company providing world class water logistic solutions to upstream oil and gas producers. The Company is involved in the sourcing, production, transportation, storage, and sale of water for use in the upstream exploration and production industry. The partnership will provide the Company with additional possibilities and resources to accelerate the expansion of its asset base, capabilities and portfolio of services provided to its customers.
