A Data File Did Not Close Properly' Error After You Upgrade To Outlook 2007

Microsoft Outlook 2007 is available a component with MS Office 2007 and can be also availed to be installed individually. Often users upgrade their earlier version of MS Outlook running on their system to MS Outlook 2007 for better performance, reliability and extended benefits with the new and improved features added to the latest version. However, upgrading to Microsoft Outlook 2007 might not always be safe for you. You might come across number of post upgrade issues; one of the most common problems that you might face is PST corruption.
PST is the repository or Outlook data file that is used to store all objects such as emails, notes, calendar, contacts etc. So, if the file gets damaged, you need to fix PST with the use of an advanced and professionally designed fix pst file software to restore data. So, you need to fix this thing manually. In order to repair the corrupt PST in Outlook 2007, you need to implement the following steps:
1.Click Tools > Options > Mail Set up > Data Files
2.All Outlook data files are listed in Account settings window
3.Note the complete path of your data file and close all the windows
4.Close Outlook
5.Browse through Windows Explorer to find ‘Scanpst.exe' executable file
6.Double click the file to open Inbox Repair tool
7.Click the ‘Browse' to navigate the Outlook data file or PST file
8.Click the Repair option and make sure ‘Make backup of scanned file before repairing' option is selected
You will be able to open your Outlook file successfully without any errors if Inbox Repair Tool repairs the file. If it is not able to do so, choose a professional and advanced fix pst file tool to get your important data back. A fix pst tool will repair corrupt PST file using its advanced algorithms and restores it at a desired location.
