10 Tips On How To Take Care Of Body Skin

Smooth, healthy-looking skin requires daily care. If you follow our advice on body care after a daily shower, on vacation or during the cold winter months, your skin will be hydrated and nourished all year round.

Rule 1

I protect the skin from the sun

To keep your skin healthy, don't go out in the sun without protection. Apply a sunscreen with an SPF that is adapted to your skin type. Repeat the application regularly. It is also recommended that you stay out of the sun during the hottest hours of the day.

Rule 2

I only use mild skin soap

Does the skin on your body tend to dry out, especially after showering? It's important to use mild, soap-free skincare products for your cleansing routine.
If you use products that are too strong, your skin can become extremely dry and feel uncomfortable. The best products to use are: soaps rich in lipids.

Rule 3

In the shower!

A shower is better for the skin than a bath, which tends to dehydrate the skin. Make sure the water is warm rather than hot. For those who love bathing, it is fine to take a bath from time to time. However, don't be in the water for long!

The art of gently drying dry skin

Before you get out of the shower, rinse your entire body well to remove any traces of the cleaning product. Then quickly dry the skin by tapping the legs, chest, arms, etc. with the towel. DO NOT scrub the skin aggressively until it is dry.

To have beautiful skin, the body needs sufficient amounts of fluid. Make sure you drink enough water, eg. Approximately 8 glasses a day. A glass of water when you wake up, a tea for breakfast, mineral water throughout the day, herbal tea at night ... This way you can fulfill all the daily duties!

I eat in a healthy and balanced way!

A healthy and balanced diet is not only good for your body but also for your skin. Every day you should eat five pieces of fruit and vegetables, rich in antioxidants. This will help you keep your skin beautiful and healthy.

Rule 9

I sleep the hours of beauty

If you get enough sleep, your skin will be radiantly healthy! Your body needs a certain amount of sleep to be healthy: 7, 8, 9 hours ... In fact, the need for sleep is genetically marked.

Rule 10

Stop smoking!

Do you smoke? Tobacco is very harmful to the skin. Leaves skin dull and matte and makes skin age faster. This is a good reason to put out the last cigarette, don't you think?
