Online Ring Winder is used for Twisting and Winding of the filaments drawn directly from the Extruder. This will reduce the percentage of waste and helps to save Electric Power & Time. Moreover, this machine will replace the use of Bobbin Winder from the Extrusion Plant. Available in multiple Spindles as per customer requirements. Used in Sewing threads, Bag closing threads, Carpet yarn, Jute twine, wrapping string, yarn, tape, etc.

We also provide oil lubricating from both side in Ring Holder, due to that, Spindle RPM will be remains same as set and the process will be more smooth without noise. The main Structure of our Ring Winder machine is made of Heavy Duty and with easy to move design. We also provide suspension type lifting system which make this process smooth. The Lappet hooks are also made of Rigid cast iron which are fitted easy to adjustable mode. Electric wiring Control systems are RYB Based which make easy to operate.
