There’s a saying that leaders are born, not made. However, with enough encouragement and training, everyone could become a leader—and anyone can develop leadership skills through learning and experience.

The world has become more competitive, and it’s important for young learners to be flexible and capable of adapting to the changes happening around them now and in the future. A school of leadership can help them with that. It’s an educational institution with programs designed specifically for specific age groups of children ages 10 to 18 to empower and inspire leadership, no matter where their chosen paths take them.

Teaching young learners to be resilient

Leadership skills are best taught and practised at an early age so that children can gain more confidence and be empowered to be the very best they can be. A school of leadership has a program for kids ages 10 to 12 years to empower the leadership, agency, and voice of young learners in Years 5 and 6 through a purposeful, engaging, and fun curriculum.

Leading schools offer e-learning programs ...
... where students are allowed to fully self-regulated their educational journey. At the same, they will be supported by their teachers, so they can effectively identify what they are learning and when they are learning it.

For the young athletes

A school of leadership is not just for kids aiming to become great leaders in school and in their future careers. It’s also a great addition to the learning experience of student-athletes in Years 9 and 10, particularly those aged 15 to 16. The school can challenge and inspire new levels of athlete leadership performance off and on the field of play. The 4Cs leadership learning framework can precisely teach what it means to be a good leader in sports. Some young athletes may never go pro after graduating, but they can still bring their leadership and team-playing skills into the real world.

Creating flexible young adults for the workforce

Kids ages 17 to 18 in Year 11 and 12 are likely to join the workforce in at least ten years from now. That said, they need to learn to be independent and develop an autonomous mindset when it comes to the things they do. A school of leadership can help them with that using a specially designed curriculum, which should improve a student’s chance at becoming successful in the long run.
