Who can apply for RJS exams?
Every Indian citizen can apply for the Rajasthan Judicial Service exams.
The minimum age limit to appear for the exam should be 23 years as on 01-01-2020 and must be less than or equal to 35 years for the candidate.
In the case of candidates who belong to the SC/ST/OBC and woman candidates, the upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years.

Academic Qualification Criteria:
The educational qualification required for Rajasthan Judicial Services candidates is must require a Bachelor degree in law from an identified university or institute.
The RJS exam is conducted in three stages:
• RAS Pre (Preliminary & Objective type)
• RAS Mains (Descriptive type)
• Interview/Viva-voce/Personality Test
The initial stage of the RJS exam is the Prelims. The RJS Pre Exam is a screening examination which shortlists applicants for the Main stage of the exam.
The RJS examination shall consist of an objective type preliminary examination, a written examination and a personal interview. The preliminary examination shall hold the objective type in which 70% weightage will be provided to the law subject and 30% weightage shall be given to test proficiency in English & Hindi language.
And for the last round during personal interview, all that matter is your confident personality, capability and presence of mind.
Paper is designed to test the practical knowledge of the candidates in civil law & procedure e.g. drafting, pleading, framing issues & writing out judgments etc., in Civil Cases.

Eligible candidates will need to fill and submit the RJS application form 2020 through the official website. Applicants need to enter all the relevant details including academic and personal while filling the application form. Candidates will need to provide a valid phone number and email ID as well.
Application Process for RJS Competitive Exam
These are the following important information related to RJS 2020 application procedure:

Applicants should pay the application fee before submitting the online application form
The application fee for the candidates of ST, SC, and PWD category candidates is Rs. 300.
The application fee to be paid by the OBC category (Non-Creamy Layer) is Rs. 550.
The application fee for the candidates of General/OBE (Creamy Layer) category candidates is Rs. 850.
The payment method for the application fee can be paid using Internet Banking/debit card/credit card/or Bank Challan.
