Have you ever thought, if Lord Krishna would have been a millennial, would his mother Yashoda be upset about him eating too much fat? Or would she offer him a low-fat version? Well, nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar often harps on the importance of fats, especially mentioning why white butter is a healthy food. Let’s take a look at some of the not-so-commonly known facts:
a. Fats are a misunderstood macronutrient: the most underrated macronutrient, fats are often unfairly blamed. 	*Butter is a powerful anti-oxidant, thanks to the presence of vitamins A, D, E, and K.
