 Innovation- Innovation in Healthcare/Life science/Biotechnology domain is one of the key objectives of BBB. BBB also organises IDEATHON competition, Innovation Challenges and promotes entrepreneurial aptitude through its unique strategic programs & various outreach activities such as IDEA, EMPOWER, IDEATHON, LEARN etc. BBB motivates the young research scholars to think in an innovative way to solve problems related with healthcare and Biotechnology.
 Infrastructure- BBB has world class infrastructure for Research & Innovation. BSC BioNEST Bio-Incubator (BBB) is the only incubator in the Delhi –NCR which is specially dedicated towards ‘Healthcare Innovation’ (in both product & service) The best thing about BBB is flexibility to choose from shared or independent wet labs with seating capacity of 3, 4, 8 and 12 respectively. The facility is available to the startups at a very affordable cost. BBB provides globally competitive and superior incubation facilities & infrastructure, spread across 35000 sq. ft. covered area, which includes Lab Space, Office Space, Professional Business Suites, Culture Facility and Instrumentation Facility. It also provides Technical, IP and Mentoring support to the young startups. Incubatees have access to the Advanced Technology Platform Centre (ATPC), which is the state-of-the-art advanced instrumentation facility. In addition, startups also have access to the pool of expert faculties on the premise for collaboration. Incubatees can also get access to Small Animal Facility (SAF) for conducting animal studies in collaboration with cluster faculty.
 Inclusion- BBB aims for inclusive growth of Healthcare/Biotechnology based startup companies (both product & service). Innovators are never denied for incubation facilities after their selection at BBB. The startup ecosystem of the facility motivates young startups to solve the global issues related with biotechnology and healthcare. BBB also conducts mentor-mixer program and promote interaction between entrepreneurs thus, enhances cross-entrepreneurial innovation culture which aims for the inclusive growth for all kind of science based startups. BBB has also tied up with reputed agencies and accelerators (both Govt. and Private) for inclusive growth of all BBB incubatee companies.
 Investment- BBB supports startups through knowledge investment (from the scientists of NCR Biotech Science Cluster) and providing funding assistance. BBB provides access to the pool of scientists and mentors and give funding assistance. Many BBB Incubatee companies have received funds through government agencies (BIRAC funds like BIG, SPARSH, BIPP, DBT, COVID-19 Research etc.) Some incubatees have also received investment from venture capitalist.

Prototype & products developed by incubatee companies under Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative

Within a short span of time, some startups have also developed various innovative product prototype and their work has been recognised by different public or private agencies.

Two (2) incubatee companies (Shine Biotech Pvt. Ltd. and InnoDx Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) have also won prizes from BIRAC and DST for their innovative ideas to detect the spread of coronavirus.

Two (2) startups (Vanguard Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. and InnoDx Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) have also received approval from ICMR for COVID-19 diagnostic kit. One startup (Stellar Diagnostic) has received ICMR approval for Triage TB Rapid diagnostic kit.

BBB aims to support all startups and innovators, hailing from any part of the country. BBB is trying to decrease the dependence on imported diagnostics & healthcare products thus, taking a huge step to make healthcare sector and startup ecosystem self-reliant under Aatmanirbhar Bharat Initiative.
