End the Epic Games Launcher Procedure in Task Manager

Hold the ‘Ctrl + Shift + Esc’ keys altogether over the keyboard to invoke the Task Manager.
Once you reach the Task Manager, choose the ‘EpicGamesLauncher’ then choose the End task option.
Now, open Epic Games Launcher to check whether you have fixed this problem.
Set the Display Settings

Go to the blank space and right-click on it then choose the ‘Display settings’ option.
Navigate to the section of ‘Scale and layout’ option, ensure it adjusts to 100%.
Now, launch the Games Launcher once more to look at whether the problem reappears.
Modify Epic Games Launcher Properties

Navigate to the ‘Epic Games Launcher’ shortcut and right-click on it on the desktop.
Beneath the tab of Shortcut, find the Target: section.
Add -OpenGL ...
... to the bottom of the path section.
Then contents of the Target section can look like the following: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win32\EpicGamesLauncher.exe” -OpenGL.
Select the OK button to apply the change.
Now, perform the Games Launcher once more to check whether this solution works.
Fix Epic Games Launcher

Hold the Windows and R keys altogether over the keyboard to invoke the Run section.
Thereafter, insert ‘control appwiz.cpl’ into it and select the OK button to invoke the screen of ‘Programs and Features.’
Go to the Epic Games Launcher and right-click on it then choose the Repair option.
Now, open the Epic Games Launcher once more once Windows finishes the fic procedure.

Install the Epic Games Launcher Again

Hold the Windows and R buttons altogether over the keyboard to invoke the Run section.
Input ‘control appwiz.cpl’ into it and choose the OK button to launch the screen of ‘Programs and Features.’
Go to the Epic Games launcher and right-click on it then choose the Uninstall button.
Later, reboot the system.
