Share Market is where buying and selling of share happens. Share
represents a unit of ownership of the company from where you bought it. There are various factors that affect the price of a share. Sometimes the price can rise and sometimes it can fall. Long term investment will nullify the fall in price.

The stock market is a share market, where Stocks, also known as equities, however besides shares of companies, other instruments like bonds, mutual funds and derivative contracts too are traded in the stock market.

So here comes the other doubt…….. Why these companies need to sell their shares to public?
