Outlook Deletes E-mails Permanently

Microsoft Outlook is mostly used for professional purposes. And, Outlook data file, which is the PST file, contains important business e-mails that one can not afford to lose. Each e-mail you see in Outlook Inbox or any other folder ideally goes to 'Deleted Items' folder, when you hit the delete button. But there are times, when, the e-mail may be permanently deleted without the user being notified about the reason for permanent deletion. To prevent such situations from occurring, you should not use 'Shift' key when deleting the e-mail, turn-off the cache mode, and delete the rule that is responsible for this behavior.
