Outlook Deletes E-mails Permanently

Microsoft Outlook is mostly used for professional purposes. And, Outlook data file, which is the PST file, contains important business e-mails that one can not afford to lose. Each e-mail you see in Outlook Inbox or any other folder ideally goes to 'Deleted Items' folder, when you hit the delete button. But there are times, when, the e-mail may be permanently deleted without the user being notified about the reason for permanent deletion. Normally, when you hit delete button to remove an e-mail from Microsoft Outlook folder, it is moved to 'Deleted Items' folder, while providing a chance of restore it back. To prevent such situations from occurring, you should not use 'Shift' key when deleting the e-mail, turn-off the cache mode, and delete the rule that is responsible for this behavior.
