Each public school requires an educational support system to develop and maintain for children who require additional assistance in order to succeed in general assistants environment. The support system will include prevention, intervention and pre-kindergarten services. The educational system is required to include an educational support system which will include a range of support and services including instructional and behavior accommodations. Each school board must assign responsibility for the development and the maintenance of the ESS to the principal. All the principles are required to anybody report on the status of the ESS in their school including how the funds are being used to support the system.
