In other words, the people who are always living the parents, students or even the society whenever they have had a bad day with the students. Curriculum Support system

another area where you should build your support system in the school is the curriculum. As a first year teacher it is is possible that you haven’t taught most of the subject matter required before. Although you may have studied it yourself in college or school but actually teaching it in the classroom is very different. You should find colleagues who could support you to develop your lessons for the classroom. Building a relationship with the colleagues is is the best place to start. You should be proactive which means deliberately sit with different groups of teachers at faculty meetings or events to know them. If your school has a designated time for the teachers in some content area to work together each week or month make it a priority and try and be present at those meetings. Even if you are the only teacher in your teaching class there will be many other teachers who can help you for example if you are teaching an elective class there will be teachers who can provide you with their experiences of dealing with a unique situation in the class. Apart from building a great relationship with your colleagues it is important to include your administrator in the support system. The reality is that the administrator plays a crucial role in your support system as a new teacher. To build this relationship you have to start identifying what they do and do not appreciate in the teachers. In general the administrator appreciate the teacher you are focused on the growth both in themselves and the students full stop most of the administrator are not enthusiastic about the teachers who accepts about grades. If you are struggling with the management of class classroom do not hesitate to have a word with your administrator and seek help from him.

Remember that they were once a teacher to and will have ideas that you can put into practice in the classroom. They will also appreciate that you took an initiative of improvising the atmosphere in the environment and also are working on the betterment of the school and its students.
