Before Going Car Race, Read This

There are many different types of car racing out there, from drag racing to NASCAR to open wheel. It is no wonder that people all over the world enjoy this form of sportsmanship.
Steering is an important factor in car racing. It's easier than you think, and it doesn't require you to be a genius.
Think about driving a big truck or a bus. The only difference is that you do it backwards. You can use the steering wheel for stability and control, but it is still all about your sense of balance and control.
Make sure to keep your nose pointed straight ahead. This will help prevent you from hitting other cars. If you try to twist to the left, you'll miss most of the cars that you passed. When you hit a car that has its nose pointing in your direction, you will be entering a bad situation and lose control of your car.
Another aspect of steering that you should focus on in car race is steering the nose in. If you have a good tight grip on the steering wheel, you can make your way through turns with little danger.
In a race, if you take a sharp turn, and your car turns in, ...
... the only way for you to avoid hitting the wall is to either dive down the road or to hit the wall. The reason you want to keep your nose pointed straight ahead is because it allows you to steer the car a little bit more effectively. You don't want to face the wall head on.
Steering the nose in means making your car turn in a straight line. If you have a wheel that has a very slight radius but not too much, then you can steer it effectively, but not too much so you will sink into the corner.
Steering the wheel backwards to recover your car from a curve is a common practice. When you go around a corner at high speed, you will gain more speed by turning the wheel backwards to increase the height of the car. This means the tires will be spinning at a faster rate than they would be if you were to turn them forward.
Turning the wheel left to increase the height of the car will help it get up to speed easier. The less speed you gain, the slower you can go, which means the longer you can coast. The problem with coasting is that you need to slow down to put some distance between the car and the person in front of you.
These are two things you can do to help get you a bit farther away from the other car. They will help you out if you hit a car that is running a different course. If the person in front of you is late, then you can hit him.
Sometimes, you will find yourself running late, and it can be hard to catch up to the other driver when he/she is way behind you in the race. You can help your car out by hitting the car in front of you in a low gear. While the car in front of you is late, you will gain some momentum and be able to catch up.
