1. Feeder

2 Reducer

3 Feeding Auger

The feed auger structure is composed of auger tube, auger shaft and bearing with seat. The twisting dragon plays the role of feeding, the speed of rotation is adjustable, that is, the feeding material is variable, so as to achieve the rated current and a certain material flow.



Second, the modulator

The modulator is mainly composed of carbon steel or all stainless steel, agitating blades, temperature indicator, motor, steam adding port and so on. Its function is to pass dry steam and feed of 0.1-0.4MPa to fully stir, soften and paste the material, and then enter the pressing chamber for granulation. The cylinder, stirring shaft and paddle blades of the mixer are made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Made to facilitate long-term high temperature and high humidity environment work. The modulator shaft is driven by the motor, driven by a pulley with a reduction ratio of 1: 4, and driven by the drive shaft to rotate, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring, transporting and feeding.



Third, Granulation room

The main working parts are composed of die, two pressure rollers, feeding scraper, cutter and die roller gap adjustment wheel and screws. The material passes through the die cover and the feeding scraper to accumulate the powdered material in the two pressing areas. The belt wheel drives the die to rotate. The material is rolled between the die and the roller. While squeezing into the die hole, forming in the die, and continuously extrude to the outer end of the die hole, and then cutting the cylindrical strip into the required length by the cutter, and finally forming the pellets out of the machine. The pressure roller shaft is eccentric. Rotating the pressure roller shaft can change the gap between the die and the roller. The gap adjustment is achieved by rotating the gap adjustment wheel.
