A billionaire in just 42 Months!! Yes.. you read that correctly. History of Anuj Rakyan, founder of India's first famous Cold-pressed juice company, RAW Pressery, turn into a billionaire in just 42 months after starting his company.
Since RAW Pressery was well-established, Anuj was an investment banker and then he became a brand expert. Anuj completed his graduation from Duke University, North California. Anuj says, based on the market studies I prefer to be on my own in terms of quality. I believe in learning from the local farmers who bring in fresh produce every day. I would buy the fruits and vegetables, treat them and make them into juices or smoothies and then set out to deliver the bottles to the few clients I had initially. Time was the most important factor and so was the need to see that the juices are delivered within the time frame that doesn't allow bacteria growth,”

RAW has more than 1000 outlets in the country and has around 200 employees. These juices have 21 days of shelf life and if they are unsold, RAW takes them back and distribute them to various events till the time they are safe to drink. It's not enough, RAW has taken another step for social cause and helping the poor children by providing them school uniform produced from recycling their used bottles.
RAW Pressery is now devising to enter food products labelled as "Clean Label". Anuj’s thought is to organise the fresh fruit market as well. These food products will resemble the home food and will be served in ready to eat packets. This story is truly an inspiration that shows even a small idea of change can make a big impact.
