Everyone loves to visit various sea shores during their summer vacation and enjoy taking sun bath. When you directly explore your body to the sun rays, you should be conscious about few things yet most of the people are not caring about those mandatory stuffs. Here are few tips that could help you to enjoy your summer vacation on the beach side without getting and side effects.

To take this issue for consideration, we need to be little more specific. People will not believe, if we say directly that you should follow this and that without any explanation. We too have strong reasons why you need to be conscious, if you are getting the sun emissions directly on the body for the first time. This article is mainly focused on the starters. For beginners, the constant exposure to harmful UV (ultraviolet) rays is an invisible form of radiation that breaks through and alters the structure of the skin cells and it can even cause any deadly damages on the skin cells. It may cause you any irreversible issues. But do not be panic. We have nice remedies and protections to defend our body against the deadly UV rays. Then, you can enjoy ...
... on the beach side during your summer as well.

Here we go:

Skin Protection:

The initial skin disease we get when we explore to the sun rays is called Erythema or Sunburn. It occurs because of the skin damage by the ultraviolet B (UVB). If you spend too long on the sea shore in your initial stage of sun bath, it could even create a deeper penetration on your body and cause pre mature skin aging. The final stage of this issue is the unusual growth of skill cells which is called "Skin Cancer". The safety measures you need to follow here is, Get the shade between 10 am and 4 pm. Learn about the local UV index, before going into sun. Many newspapers, they forecast the sun severity as well. Always wear sun screen lotion with chemicals that absorb and reflect both the UVA and UVB.

Eye Protection:

Do not assume that the coolers with darker lens will protect your eyes more from the UV rays. Some time, it may increase the exposure of your eyes to the UV rays. Usually high shades block light. Hence, your pupils open to let more light in. UV rays attack the clear cornea on your eyes surface and the retina. This causes vision clouding cataracts, says Ophthalmologist at the University of California. So not only see the shade of your coolers but also check the 100% of UV protection. A reputed optical shop could provide you a quality UV protected coolers.

Beat The Heat:

Of course, you would like to enjoy playing beach volleyball. But it is not advisable during the extreme heat. At this time, your body gets ut most sweating and the temperature of your body can increase and reach 40 degree C which is the extreme temperature. When you sweat more than a quart an hour due to the extreme heat, it eats up the water and the salt of your body. It may cause heatstroke that claims 300 lives annually. Hence, avoid any midday outdoor recreations. Always wear light color fabric during your summer vacation which absorbs only less heat. Wear flip-flops to prevent the scorched feet and avoid the puncture wounds.

You can enjoy a healthy summer vacation, if you follow all these safety measures.
