1. When and what works good for you?

Jot down your constraints and goals. To find a good study abroad program meeting your personal, financial, and academic needs, you should clearly identify your constraints and goals.What is it you wish to accomplish? When are you able to go? What are you able to afford? When your dream is studying Spanish in Milan, does it make much more financial sense to study Spanish in cheap Guatemala at the moment, and try that new knowledge when taking one semester in Spain the next year?
