Everest High Passes Trek encompasses the challenges of crossing three high passes: the Kongma La Pass (5535m), Cho La Pass (5420m), and Renjo La Pass (5360m). These Three High Passes are: Kongma La is between Dingboche and Lobuche, the Cho La is between Dughla and Gokyo and the last one Renjo La is between Gokyo and Thame. Besides these three passes, Everest Three Passes Trek covers one of the fantastic and memorable places like Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Lake, Gokyo Valley also.

Then we start our first-day trekking from Lukla to Phakding. Short Itinerary of Everest Three Passes Trek:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m)
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing and trek preparation.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,651m): 40 minutes flight; 4 hours trek
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/ 6 hours).
Day 05: Namche Bazaar: Rest and acclimatization.
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3860m/ 6 hours).
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4,360 m/6 hours).
Day 08: Acclimatization in Dingboche.
Day 09: Trek to Chhukung (4750m), climb Chhukung Ri (5,546m/ 7 hours).
Day 10: Cross to Kongma La pass (5535m), trek to Lobuche (4940m/ 7 hours).
Day 11: Trek to Gorak Shep (5170 m/), visit Everest Base Camp (5364 m/7 hours).
Day 12: Trek to Kala Patthar (5545 m), then to Lobuche (4940 m/9 hours).
Day 13: Trek to Dzongla (4830m/ 4 hours).
Day 14: Trek to Gokyo (4800m) via Cho La pass (5368m/8 hours).
Day 15: Rest day in Gokyo: Climb Gokyo Ri (5357m), tour 4th and 5th Gokyo lakes: 4 hours.
Day 16: Trek to Marlung (4210m) via Renjo La Pass (5360m) 8 hours.
Day 17: Trek to Namche Bazaar 6 hours.
Day 18: Trek to Lukla 7 hours.
Day 19: Fly to Kathmandu: 40 minutes flight.
