- Location: Whether it is a retail business or b2b business, if the location is not suitable for the need of the business, then there is no point in choosing it. Depending on your business type, you need to choose your location; if you are in retail or restaurant business, choosing a location with a huge footfall is a must. Security is another feature to look for as is restrooms.
