Cold is one of the most frequent experienced illness to affect a people. There is no permanent cure for cold but it can be treated and go away in a matter of days or it may infect you for weeks.

Vitamin C
Green Tea
Water
Lemon juice
Honey
Garlic
Soup
Soap
Instructions are as follows:
1. Drinking lots of water helps to keep the body(s) water content high and improves the function of the immune system to fight against a cold. sleep also helps to rebuild the body’s ability to fight off bacteria
2. Cold is often caused by bacteria found everywhere in our surrounding such as the house and the work place. So washing your hands frequently with soap helps to reduce the chances of these bacteria from spreading and fight off the cold virus.
3. Green tea provides antioxidants that aids the body to fight of a common cold. Tea also soothes the throat and the heat from tea clears the nostrils and provides comfort.
4. Take plenty Vitamin C, zinc and garlic whether by natural form or in the form of pills to fight ...
... the cold. These vitamins have proven to provide the immune system with agents that guard against cold. Fruits such as oranges provide lots of vitamin C and consuming 2 fresh cloves of garlic are a natural antibiotic to fight off the cold
5. Exercise is a great way for the body to fight off a cold. This gets the heart pumping blood and oxygen to other parts of the body to fight off bacteria. Exercising also helps you to sleep better which is needed when a cold is near.
6. Chicken soup is a favourite for persons suffering from cold, outside of the fact that it is homemade and taste good. This contains a lot of vitamins, to rejuvenate the body and clear up a stuffy nose and aids to soothe a scratchy throat.
7. If cold becomes more infected you may have to visit a doctor in order to get prescribed drugs to clear up the cold.
8. You can heat up water in a pot and mix 1 and a half tablespoons of lemon juice with two teaspoons of honey. This mixture is effective and can provide instant relief for blocked nose and sore throats, even though you might have to take it frequently for it to be effective.
Tips
* Don't consume too much food that has too much sugars or refined sugars found in candies and sodas. Refined sugars help to weaken the immune system which fights off the cold and promotes the growth of yeast.
* Avoid getting in contact with too much persons, as this can lead to infecting others.
