Hyderabad Real Estate: Telangana Govt. Allows Flexibility To Builders For Construction Process

The Telangana government has enabled Greater Hyderabad real estate developers to undertake construction activities by securing the necessary materials and involving their workers. Chief secretary Somesh Kumar said this during a teleconference with the best officials and developers of the project on Saturday.

The development came the day after the Ministry of Internal Affairs issued orders that allowed construction in urban areas, including those that fell in red areas.

The teleconferences were attended by representatives of the Confederation of India's Real Estate Developers Associations (CREDAI) and the Telangana Real Estate Developers' Association of India (TREDAI) together with senior officials.

The secretary-general provided the project developers with all the necessary support for construction activities by the state administration. He urged builders to install trust among workers, especially migrant workers, through advice and the extension of incentives, facilities, and medical care. He said that all efforts should be made to ensure that workers feel comfortable.
