· Mail your completed application to the NYSLA. When the alcohol authority office gets your application after doing basic scrutiny of the application they will process it for further procedure.

· You have to deposit the license fee which is non-refundable therefore you need to be completely sure you qualify the basic criteria for obtaining a license before applying.
