How to fill NATA application form

The steps through which candidates are required to fill the NATA Application form are:

• Registration

Visit the official website link of NATA and click on the ‘Register Now’ link available on the homepage. Then you are required to enter the details such as your First name, Last name, Salutation, Gender, Email ID, Mobile Number, DOB, State, City, Login ID & Password. Once you register, your login ID will be created for further login process.


• Fill application form

Then login into the website using the login ID and password. Then you are asked to fill the personal, qualification, communication and other required details in the application.


Personal Details: You need to enter your Full Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, DOB, Category, Nationality, Aadhaar Number, etc.


Communication Details: You are asked to enter you Permanent Address, State of Domicile, District of Domicile, Email ID, PIN Code, Mobile Number, etc.


Exam Centers: Candidates can choose minimum three exam states and cities from the drop down menu.


Educational Details: You need to enter your Education Qualification, Status, Stream, Board, Year of Passing, Obtained Marks, Total Marks, Percentage, Roll Number, Institution Name, etc.


• Upload Images

In this step, you need to select the scanned images one by one and upload them. Candidates are required to upload the scanned images of photograph, signature and category certificate (if applicable).


• Fee Payment

After you are done with the process of uploading images, you are required to pay the application fee.


Visit the website, go through the online payment gateway. You can make the fee payment through debit/credit card and net banking. Just enter the payment details and click on the ‘Make Payment option. Once the fee payment is done, take printout of the application form for future references.
