Edelweiss Finance and Investments Ltd launched in 1994, in Mumbai. It is a non-banking financial institution. The company introduced an NCD, Edelweiss Finance & Investments Ltd. The NCD subscription period will open on 23rd Jan and it will close on 31st Jan 2020.
It was a Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures type of NCD. The base size of the issue is Rs 125 crore, similarly, the shelf size of the NCD is Rs 250 crore. its face value is Rs 1000 per each NCD. The initial price of NCD is Rs 1000 per NCD, in the subscription period. The minimum lot size is 10 NCDs and the market lot is 1 NCD.
The objects on the NCD aimed to utilize the raise amount to onward lending, refunding process, and general corporate purposes. The CARE Rating Agency rated as AA- / Stable and CRISIL rated as AA-/ Stable. It will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
