Like most people we think that the people around us feel happy while we aren't happy at all. Most people however don't realize that the majority is not really happy with their lives.


Here are 3 Tips to a better life:

Happiness begins with you
There are a lot of things you should and you should not do. It always depends on what your goal is and what you want to achieve. It is obvious that you should not eat sweets and pastry if you want to lose weight. At the same time if you are focusing on eating too healthy and you constantly have to check how much carbohydrates a product has your mind will probably go crazy at same point. As you can see if it doesn't matter which side of the coin you choose if you have one extrem or another it cannot be healthy. Neither mentally nor physically.
Therefore you need to find a way to balance things. Since balance is the key to a happier life. It is like black and white, like two sides of one coin, like yin and yang. Finding the middle of something is probably the hardest thing. And yet it is the key for a better life.

Eating Habits

... lose weight then you would have to find the right diet that fits you personally. Something that might work for your brother or sister might not be working for you. Thus you have to find your own solution. Nevertheless eating healthy is a main key to a better life since it also has a huge impact on your health.
A banana and a lemonade for breakfast.
Not just any lemonade. As soon as you squeezed out the lemon juice you will mix it with cooked water.
Yes, you have read that right. The key is that you drink your lemonade like a tea. Pour it down on an empty stomach and you will feel how the warm water embraces your water. Especially during winter it keeps you warm and cozy. On top of that it is very healthy and even better it really tastes delicious.


Working Out

Working out is another factor that can change your life for the better or for the worst. Find a workout routine that benefits you and your body. Just working out and putting to much pressure on your body cannot be healthy. Not working out at all is maybe even worse. Again you have to find a balance. Let's say you have problems with your back. Now to keep a healthy body and a strong mind you have to exercise and to move your body. Here is a 10 - 15 min workout depending on how long you will need.
Make sure to stretch and warm up before you start. Simply by doing some jumping jacks or you can even do some rope skipping.


1. you start with a plank and you hold the position for 20 seconds
2. 12 sit-ups, just the regular ones
3. you go back to your plank position and hold it for another 20 seconds
4. you go in to the sit-up position but this time you will move your legs up and down, each leg 12 times
5. and once again you go back to our famous plan position for another 20 seconds
6. now you are going to to burpees for 30 seconds as many and as fast as you can
7. after that you are going to bring you body in a V-position. So you will sit on the floor and the simply bring your legs in the air (about a 6 inches or 15 cm above the ground) for 20 seconds
8. you are going to do mountain climbers for 30 seconds as fast and many as you can. Just simply place your both hands on the floor. So you basically start in a push-up position then you will start running, by simply bringing your knees to your elbows.
9. a last time back to the plank position for another 20 seconds
10. you finish your exercise with 20 push-ups
Depending on your time, stamina and motivation you are going to do this exercise routine for 2 – 3 times.


Social Contact

Another important factor for a better life are social contacts and your surroundings. Make sure you spend enough time with people who you love and who you care about and who care about you. If you are the only one contributing to the relationship and the other person is not, know that you should change things. After all your balance is not 50:50.

Family and friends are important and have a huge impact on ones happiness. Being surrounded by people who love you and care about you can determine whether you will become successful or not. It is also often a key to whether a person feels happy or depressed. Depression often comes from feeling alone and not being able to express ones feelings to someone who cares.

Note that life is short and fights with your loved ones are a part of life but make sure to be able to forgive and do not put your ego before the people you care about. Make sure to talk to your closed ones about your feelings even when you are down. Sometimes we all need somebody who can listen to us. They know you better than anyone and will try to help you. Often they have similar struggles so having social contacts is very important for being happy.
