The demand for Arabic cuisine is growing, and several restaurants in the city have set up separate areas to serve delicious cuisine

Literally, the Machhili family restaurant is taking over Hyderabad. Today, the popular Arab cuisine is in short supply and is a good deal for restaurant owners.

Restaurant owners across the city, including restaurants that have earned a reputation for winning the Hyderabad "Biryani", are now meeting demand for appetizing Biryani fish (chicken and lamb) varieties. Due to public demand, there is a separate area for Arabic cuisine even in popular restaurants.

"People from newer parts of the city visited the hotel and asked us to provide it on the menu. As demand grew, we set up an exclusive section for" Mandi "," he said.

Usually, the dining area serving Hyderabadi's Biryani has tables and chairs to accommodate customers. However, the hotel's "Mandi" section is fitted with carpets and small "Chowkis", and customers sit on the floor and put it on a large plate, ...
... which is customary in Arab countries.

"We are renovating the hotel to meet the requirements. Otherwise, we will lose business opportunities. After all, the hotel previously only sold" Biranii "and other Mughlai dishes, but later introduced Chinese. Altaf Khan of Bawarchi Hotel in Bahadurpura said:" If the public wants 'Mandi', we must prepare and cater to their tastes.

Nevertheless, compared to "Biranii", the price of "Mandi" is still very high. "Biranii" plates cost between Rs 170 and Rs 190, and "Mandi" plates cost around Rs 320. "The meat is more indented, we add more dried fruit, so the price is high."
