Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana – Affordable Residential Plotting

Residential Plotting is a piece of land on which the end-user can construct a house based on his taste and preferences.

Haryana Government launched Affordable Plotting policy called Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana in 2016. Deen dayal jan awas yojana aims at the development of ‘Low and Medium potential towns’ of Haryana by offering residential plots at an affordable price.

Under Deen Dayal Jan awas Yojana (DDJAY policy) several benefits are offered to both the developer and the allottee to bring down the price of the residential plots in an affordable bracket.

Several fees charged from the developer like the conversion charges and idc (internal development charges) are waived off , bringing down the cost for the developer, and hence for the end user

DDJAY policy permits smaller plot sizes of maximum 150sqm (180sq yards) making it affordable and within the reach of larger population of the middle and lower income group.
