Finding Balance

So often, along the journey of life, I feel that I lose touch with my real self. I get so caught up with what is going on in life that I lose touch of who Anjana is. I forget to do things for myself .. things that are good for me physically and emotionally. I just become this Energizer bunny ( I think the Duracell ad ) and go on and on and on …. till I burn out. And then I tell myself, why did you do this to yourself?

Does this ever happen to You? Do you know what I mean?

Living a balanced life is key. Overdoing anything can cause upset or imbalance in our lives.. like the old saying goes, “everything in moderation is the secret!”

I know and I feel when I am out of balance because I do not feel good about myself – how I am feeling, how I am being … emotionally, physically and spiritually.
