Drink one glass of water before you go to sleep. Hit the bed by 10 pm and get at least a minimum of 8 hours of sleep. Adequate rest is required so that your body gets the time to heal.

In most cases he will ask you to undergo an USG test as well as thyroid and hormonal tests. Get the tests done from a reputed lab. Show the report to the doctor and follow his instructions.
