The instability at ITI Ltd's FPO took its toll which eventually had to be withdrawn due to negative sentiments. As luck would have it, if the government waited for a few more days, the FPO could successfully move through the market through the impact of the Union Budget 2020. The Budget provided no short-term boosters, however, the budget has plenty of material to drive economic growth. The budget previously pursued by the RBI took a number of measures to stimulate the broader economy that would bring results. Therefore, the market saw a decline of 2.5% on the budget day which equaled the same profit, negating losses during the week.

Since, October last year previously, the government raised by making meaningful tax cuts to corporate and now eliminating DDT from corporate. This will further enable companies to use free cash flow for CAPEX. In addition, the infrastructure sector, real estate, MSME and housing finance companies are all efforts to revive the growth rate by renewing incentives, ensuring ...

Week Event

The government's goal to raise money, then it will be a difficult task to go through the disinvestment route of Rs 2.10 lakh crore. Technical Outlook

The Nifty 50 has rebounded sharply during the months, but the month timeframe chart lacked a bulling bull candle. Therefore, the current rally will face pressure on the higher side. The Nifty 50 is likely to face resistance at 12200. Volumes were lower, so improvements are more likely to continue. The Bulls will have to wait a bit to see the new height again.
