Every year Symbiosis conducts Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) for admission to its undergraduate programs in Management, Law, Engineering, Mass Communication, Economics, Design, Liberal Arts, Computer Studies, and Culinary Arts. To crack the SET exam, students are putting extra effort and are studying for long hours as cracking SET will open the door to the bright future.

But just hard work is not enough. Proper planned preparation is needed to perform well in the examination hall. So, in this article, we are going to talk in detail about a few tips which will help you prepare and perform well in the examination hall so you can crack the SET exam 2020.

Identify strength and weakness
To know what topics you are good at, and in what you struggle is essential. This is the first step in starting the exam preparation. After the identification of your strengths and weakness, you can make a proper plan of study.

Make a study plan
Students usually don’t make a proper plan to study and revise. This is the reason many times they miss out on revision. Make an appropriate plan of study, give extra ...
... time to difficult topics, and don’t forget to add a particular time for revision of all the questions.

Solve previous papers
After you are done with your studies and have also done revision, it’s time to solve past year papers. With it, you will get an understanding of topics you need to work on again. Also, you will get an idea of time management.

Eat. Sleep. Practise. Repeat.
Staying mentally and physically healthy is also essential. Getting adequate sleep, having a proper diet, and exercising will keep you fit. It would be best if you stay fit as it will keep your mind fresh. Try to keep all the distractions away, and keep on practicing. As we all know, practice makes a man perfect.

Plan exam strategy
Once you have done enough practice and solved previous year papers, you will have an idea of how you are performing in the given time. Cracking any entrance exam is about strategy, plan yours accordingly. Solve the questions first, which you are good at, and attempt the questions which you struggle with later on. Try to manage the time correctly, so you don’t miss out on an easy question.

These are just a few tips. In the end, we would like to advise you to keep on practicing. As we all know, practice makes a man perfect, and don’t forget to register for the SET entrance exam 2020 before the registration closes.
