One of the most extensively utilized parts of our body is our feet that are responsible for carrying the daily workload and movement. Mobility is a privilege that all of have taken for granted at some point in the course of our lives. Walking, running or simply standing requires functional and healthy feet that build our confidence to achieve everything associated with physical and spiritual growth. Our feet, in a sense, take the burden of all our physical stress that leads to natural disintegration over the years of unhindered functional liabilities. Digging deep, our self-care routine for our face and body always finds priority over foot care on a daily basis. Sometimes, it might seem like a good amount of work and effort to find the time for a simple regular clean-up but in the long-run, the carelessness leads to aggravated conditions like infections, pain, odour, and discomfort. Small feet injury is overlooked by all of us as we tend to believe in the ability of our body to heal itself. Unexplained pain after an injury should never be left on its own and a quick stop at the clinic will do more good than harm to your overall health.
