1. A Trekking bag and a sleeping bag
2. High quality, waterproof hiking shoes
3. Trekking socks (6 pairs)
4. Gloves
5. Sun glasses with UV protection
6. Trekking poles
7. Comfortable shoes or sandals (Crocs preferred)
8. Disinfectant drops/tablets for water
9. A deep moisturizer
10. Sun Block with SPF 50 and above
11. Lip balm with sun block
12. A body towel (quick drying)

15. A windcheater
16. A warm jacket
