Psoriasis is considered as one of the most common autoimmune diseases. In psoriasis, scaly red patches start to appear on different parts of the body. So, why it appears? In this condition, the regeneration of cells becomes rapidly fast, and due to this, an extra layer of skin starts to appear. This deposit of patches can be irritating and cause pain.
There are many psoriasis treatments available like Topical treatments, Vitamin D Analogues, Anthralin, Phototherapy Treatment, and some Oral or injected Medications. But first, it is very essential to understand the condition.

Erythrodermic Psoriasis

Erythrodermic Psoriasis is the rarest psoriasis condition. The Patches in Erythrodermic Psoriasis can cover the whole body and cause itchiness and burning sensation.

And bacterial infections can cause psoriasis because of the unhealthy immune system. People who have HIV have a very high risk of developing psoriasis. It usually affects children and young adults.

Stress

As viral and bacterial infections, stress can cause the immune system to weaken. This increases the chances of developing psoriasis condition.

Smoking

Smoking is very injurious to health, we all know that, but it can also increase the chances of developing psoriasis.

Obesity

The body can cause many diseases, and psoriasis is one of them. Obesity decreases the functioning ability of the immune system, which can cause psoriasis.

Family History

Family history is one of the most common ways of developing psoriasis. It can be transferred through generation, which means if one of the parents has psoriasis, then the chances that the child will increase.
