Acidity is a common problem that occurs when stomach acids come back into esophagus through lower esophageal sphincter. It is becoming common in people of all age groups from infants to older adults. Natural & Ayurvedic Medicines For Acidity problem:

In Ayurveda, acidity is known as "Amlapitta" in which Amla is sour & Pitta means heat. The excessive aggravation of pitta dosha impairs the digestive fire. It leads to the production of ama (toxins in the body) & improper digestion of food. There are various natural & ayurvedic herbs that eliminate all toxins out from the body. 4) Amlapitta Mishran: Amlapitta Mishran is ayurvedic syrup prepared from different herbal ingredients. The herbs such as Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Vasa (Justicia adhatoda), Triphala (Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica)), Nimba (Azadirachta indica), Patol (Trichosanthes dioica), Chirayta (Swertia chirayita), Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra), etc are used for its preparation. These herbs show antioxidant, analgesic, antacid, anti-inflammatory, & immuno-modulator properties.
